Zonghe Xingyiquan Taolu (Comprehensive Xingyiquan Form) is a non-traditional Xingyiquan taolu which is commonly used in Wushu competition, it contains all the moves from Wuxingquan (Five-Element-Fist), Shierxing (Twelve-Forms) and traditional taolu. This is an instructional video of Zonghe Xingyiquan form by Shanxi Xingyiquan practitioner, Xu Wenhui (许文慧).
Notes form XingyiMax.com:
Traditional Xingyiquan forms (taolu) were composed with a purpose and theme in mind which were served as training drills to Xingyiquan practitioners; for example, Houxing (Monkey-Form) of Shierxing is extremely hard to blend with other forms, it can only be practiced separately.
