My Taijiquan teacher, Jiang Lan, and his daughter traveled from Zhejiang Province of China to Kota Kinabalu City of Malaysia on the 9th of August 2011 for a duration of 4 days. The father and daughter partnership traveled to Sabah solely for the purpose of filling their tummy with curry, tropical fruit particularly durian, coffee and seafood. Meanwhile, Lenz, who was the organizer of 2010 Taijiquan Workshop at Kuala Lumpur, also traveled to Sabah to meet Jiang.
There were training after training beside local food tasting and sightseeing, we trained almost everywhere, at the Ujana Rimba Tropika Park, in the hotel room, at Sabah Tai Chi Association instructors’ secret training ground, at Sabah Martial Arts Training Centre, at the Federal Youth and Sports Complex of Sabah State, etc. Here are some of photographs:
