I was being asking on the issue of the ranking system of Xingyiquan in Sabah during 2011 Sabah Xingyiquan Workshop held on the 16th to 18th September 2011. Here are some of the details of the ranking system of Sabah Xingyiquan practitioners …
Technical Levels of Traditional Wushu in Xingyiquan
Sabah Xingyiquan practitioners were initially adopted the grading scheme of the “technical level of traditional Wushu” system by Zhejiang Wushu Association way back in the years of 2006 and 2007. However, since almost all of the Sabah Xingyiquan practitioners are established martial artists from other martial arts fields, there wasn’t a great emphasis put on the one’s rank, the ranking issue was soon forgotten by most of us.
Please note that all of the “Technical Level Certificate of Traditional Wushu” in Xingyiquan of Sabah Xingyiquan practitioners were graded and issued directly by the Zhejiang Wushu Association.

Technical Level Certificate of Traditional Wushu
A passport size certificate known as Technical Level Certificate of Traditional Wushu to be issued by the Zhejiang Wushu Association upon a successful assessment.
I haven’t gone for any grading since 2007, it took me 3 weeks to dig this “forgotten” certificate out from one of the boxes in my store room.
