Gao Xiquan (高锡全, 1948 – ), from Qi County of Shanxi Province, is the vice-president of the Wushu Association of Qi County. Gao is the son of a fifth generation Dai Style Xinyiquan practitioner, Gao Shengzhen (高升祯).
