These were filmed during the first week of Xingyiquan class at the Institut Latihan Perindustrian (Industrial Training Institute), Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia. The Chinese Martial Arts class was held for free with an intention of introducing the art of Xingyiquan to the students.
The first clip shows the teaching of the first moves of Xingyiquan, i.e. the Santishi (Three-Body-Posture) and Piquan (Splitting-Fist).
The second clip presents with the basic training drills and exercise including the wei jin (喂劲, jin feeding) training method of the Xingyiquan.
