Cao Zhaotian (曹兆田) was born in 1932 in Xinji City, Hebei Province, China. Cao was trained in Xinyiquan under master Li Zhenbiao of Hebei Province. Cao Zhaotian started his Xinyiquan teaching since the 70s of the last century. During the late 80s, Cao has been elected as the first chairman of Chuojiao Fanzi Xinyi Liuhequan Research Center of Xinji City, Hebei Province.
