I was being asked by a couple of friends regrading the meaning behind the logo of XingyiMax.com, here is the definition:
The logo of XingyiMax.com is an abstract of Lai Zhide’s Taiji Diagram, the red and orange strokes symbolize the yin and yang, and they cross over to form the letter “X” which symbolizes XingyiMax.com.
The process of designing a logo for XingyiMax.com began since I purchased the domain in July 2009 (the actual blog was not officially launched until late October 2009). I have posted a thread in a Chinese logo designing forum to asked for help on the design of logo to be based upon Lai Zhide’s Taiji Diagram. The logo was finalized, with the help of pros and experts from the forum, in October 2009.
